If you have an opportunity to attend one of Debbie Romero’s Alexander Technique classes – do it! While surfing Facebook, I stumbled on a flyer from Debbie for a three-session class on the technique decided to sign up. I was so glad I did. The classes were fun, relaxed and informative.
