Every session is tailored to your needs.
We start with you sharing what’s going on with your body – are you recovering from an injury, trying to sort out neck or back pain, wanting to optimize the enjoyment and benefit of sports?
Debbie observes how you move, stand, and sit. She will gently guide you through small changes to your posture and the way you move. Sessions often include a tutorial on how to lie down in a way that resets your relationship with your back and neck (“productive rest”).
